Addie is the Founder & Managing Partner of Avid Ventures. As a career institutional investor, Addie spent the prior decade at General Catalyst, General Atlantic, and Goldman Sachs’s Special Situations Group. At these firms, she helped to deploy over $450M across eighteen investments in fintech, consumer, and software companies spanning the U.S., Europe, and Israel. While at GC, Addie realized she could uniquely support her companies, including Rapyd, Monzo, Shift Technology, and Chief, by applying her growth-stage skill set and perspective to work alongside her founders and help evolve their startups into proven growth businesses.
