After a personal experience with a kitchen fire, Akshita founded Ome, a smart home company building smart devices for home appliances. As a non-technical founder, she led the development of their proprietary technology, raised capital, and even made an appearance on Shark Tank. Today, Akshita serves as the Corporate Insights Lead, where she helps corporate partners navigate emerging technologies and advises startups on collaborating effectively with large enterprises, with a particular focus on data analytics, security, and supply chain and logistics.
