About

Alvin’s career in healthcare began at Gordon Dyal & Co, where he primarily advised large-cap pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Wanting to get closer to the services side of the healthcare ecosystem, Alvin joined Harbour Point Capital, a healthcare services-focused private equity firm. Alvin joined Rubicon because he saw a unique opportunity to get closest to the patient care journey and both build and partner with healthcare companies to drive change. Alvin grew up in Southport, Connecticut and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College. In his spare time, Alvin enjoys live music, playing any and all racquet sports, and surfing (where possible).
