After several years in M&A at Morgan Stanley in London, Ander returned to Spain to launch in 2009 Ticketbis, a startup with operations in 45+ countries that scaled to 400+ employees, ~€100M in revenues with 100%+ YoY growth rates and profitable operations, before eBay acquired it in 2016, in what is still today a major success in Spain’s tech ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Ander remained as the Head of International at Stubhub ($5B business unit) for two years. From 2018 to 2021, in addition to All Iron Ventures, Ander launched a couple startups (Libere, with over 200+ employees; and Aplanet – €1.5M ARR SaaS with 100% growth rate), and a €150M REIT business that is listed in the stock market. Since 2021, he is fully focused on Acurio Ventures (AV).
