Andrea Varella

About

Andrea has a diverse educational background combining design and business management. She started her career as a designer and shortly after transitioned to the financial markets, where she has made contributions for almost 30 years. Her career has spanned various roles, initially gaining experience in offshore funds, private banking and wealth management at BTG Pactual and Banco Icatu. Afterward she ventured for nearly two decades as a founding partner of two independent asset management firms in Brazil, Direcional and Paineiras, were she focused on investor relations, product development and compliance.
