Since founding the organisation in 2006, Andrew has been responsible for leading ADG’s strategic direction. He focuses on ensuring the business delivers today, growing in a sustainable way for the benefit of its staff and shareholders, as well as looking to the future and the next opportunity. Prior to founding ADG, Andrew worked at Mako from 2000 to 2005, Bank Austria from 1996 to 2000 and GNI from 1990 to 1996.
