Andrew Hoke is an analyst with experience in M&A, financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, and due diligence. He has supported live and prospective transactions across a variety of industries by developing financial models, conducting company and industry diligence, valuation analyses, and preparing materials for transaction advisory engagements. Prior to joining Kineticos, Andrew worked with a Midwest regional independent investment bank & registered broker-dealer, where he contributed to M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory projects. Earlier roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing strengthened his analytical & operational capabilities through commercial operations, financial planning, and pharmaceutical supply chain analysis.
