Andrew Offer

Andrew Offer joined Scientific Health Development in 2007 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and General Partner. Andrew currently serves on the board of directors for most active SHD portfolio companies including Podimetrics, Mindera Health, Empirical Spine, Liberate Medical, and several others. Prior, Andrew held board directorships with Sight Sciences (Nasdaq: SGHT), Channel MedSystems and Koya Medical. Additionally, Andrew has historically contributed as Chief Financial Officer for multiple portfolio companies. Mr. Offer graduated Magna Cum Laude with multiple honors distinctions, earning a B.B.A. in Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. In addition, Mr. Offer earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2009 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.
