About

Andy is a serial entrepreneur and operator with three exits spanning the full arc of the connected ecosystem — from early cloud networking infrastructure to enterprise security. He was an early team member at Virtela, one of the pioneering software-defined cloud networking companies, which was acquired by NTT Communications for $525 million in 2013. He later co-founded and led OverWatchID as CEO, scaling the company to a successful acquisition by SailPoint Technologies (NYSE: SAIL) in 2019. Andy brings the founder's perspective to every portfolio relationship — having sat in the same seat as the companies Stormbreaker backs, and having built and sold businesses at exactly the intersection where Stormbreaker invests.
