About
Andy is a General Partner at Motivate Ventures, joining through the acquisition of his firm, Willpower VC. Before founding Willpower, he helped found and led the investment team at Zeal Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on fintech and HR tech. Andy’s earlier investing career includes roles at Listen Ventures and, prior to that, Head of Trading at TOMS Capital Investment Management. He began his career in the Equity Derivatives Group at JP Morgan.
