Ashley Steele is a technical product leader with over eight years of experience driving enterprise software strategy and delivery, as well as IT due diligence and post-merger integration, across the medical device, private equity, and manufacturing sectors, including key roles at Boston Scientific, 3M, and Alvarez & Marsal. A natural builder, she co-founded the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Twin Cities Professionals of Color, scaling the community to over 2,600 members before transitioning leadership to its board. A global thinker shaped by immersion in French-speaking cultures including Senegal, Haiti, and Quebec, Ashley brings an international lens to market opportunities. She operates on the principle that talent is abundant and that capital should serve as a tool for expanding the table rather than rationing the seats. She is currently pursuing her MBA at UCLA Anderson.
