Ben Ersing brings 13+ years of experience in early-stage investing, M&A, business development, corporate strategy and execution, across health plans, healthcare services, pharmacy, HCIT, and life sciences. From 2022–2025, he was a Principal at Cobalt Venture, the captive investment vehicle of Blue Cross of Kansas City, where he led end-to-end deals in startups and also supported founders on payer sales and go-to-market.
