Benjamin Grubbs

Benjamin is a leader in online video and the creator economy with over 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and sustainability for content creators and platforms. He dedicated the first 15 years of his career to corporate intrapreneurship, where he played a role establishing aspects of the online video, ecommerce, and gaming industries in Asia Pacific through leadership roles at Yahoo!, eBay, Turner Broadcasting, and Google. Benjamin relocated to the US in 2015 and became the global director of top creator partnerships at YouTube, where he led the strategy, investments, and regional partnership teams. In 2018, he founded Next 10 Ventures with a remit to incubate and invest in enterprise and consumer startups in the creator economy. In 2021, Benjamin transformed the venture group into Creator Capital. In 2024, he co-founded Creator Sports Capital with Brian Kabot. Benjamin graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Marketing Management.
