Bernard built broad expertise in banking and corporate finance, with a particular focus on private equity, in less than ten years while developing an extensive professional network.In 2018, he joined Integra after serving as Investment Manager at a Belgian private equity firm, where he was responsible for managing several portfolio companies and expanding the investment portfolio. During that period, he worked closely with Johan, who was also his colleague there.Before that, Bernard worked at Pentahold, where he gained experience across every stage of the investment process and private equity portfolio management. He began his career in the Market & International Business division of The Royal Bank of Scotland in Belgium and Luxembourg.Bernard holds a Master's in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, a Master's in Business Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Law.
