About
He joined EQT Ventures as an Analytics Intern in 2016. After the internship, Björn went on into various startup endeavours, most prominently co-founding Alva Labs in 2017, where he served as CTO until 2022 and now continues as a Board Member. He returned to EQT Ventures in 2025 as a Software Engineer, bringing with him years of hands-on experience building products from the ground up. His focus is on how to practically use AI in investment decisions. With a background in both computer science and finance, he spends his time developing tools that help identify and evaluate companies.
