Prior to forming Trilogy International, Brad served as president of Western Wireless International, having founded the company in 1995 while also serving as an executive vice president of Western Wireless Corporation. Previously, Brad was a founder and COO of SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited (Hong Kong), an affiliate of McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc.
