Bradford is one of the preeminent thought-leaders in Talent and Performance, having built modern HR practices from scratch at multiple hyper growth companies. He most recently worked as Chief People Officer at Loadsmart, a Logistics tech unicorn which tripled in valuation and grew from 300 to 800 people in 18 months. Previously, Brad worked as VP, People for Collibra, a B2B SaaS unicorn and as Chief People Officer for Altisource, a publicly traded financial services tech company. He is a frequent keynote at HR conferences, Top 100 HR Influencers (Engagedly), Workforce GameChanger (Top 25 HR under 40), and a Top 100 Emerging Millennial Leader in “Back to Human.” Brad sits on the advisory board of three HR tech companies and of the University of Maryland Smith School of Business Masters in Management program
