Brad Carlyle, CPA, CA, brings over 10 years of executive level strategic financial and operational experience, including M&A work in both acquisition and divestiture transactions in the United States, Canada and Europe. Mr. Carlyle spent 5 years as Chief Financial Officer for a leading provider of SaaS-based onboarding automation software for financial services companies where he was influential in both the growth of the Issuer as well as the ultimate sale to a US-Based private equity fund in 2018. Most recently, Mr. Carlyle has been providing consulting and advisory services to several clients in a broad range of industries including B2B SaaS, Real Estate Appraisal Services and Hospitality.
