Brent has supported Catapult Capital's institutional legal, tax, and structural work since 2019. Brent is a New York–based attorney and Certified Public Accountant with deep experience advising clients on the business and tax aspects of structuring investments for maximum after-tax profitability across the corporate growth cycle. He is currently the Managing Member of Selborne Legal Consulting LLC (legal counsel to the Fund), and the co-founder, CFO, and General Counsel of Rails, a crypto-derivatives exchange.
