Bret L. Bostwick, FAAP, FACMG

About

Bret is a physician-scientist and drug developer with leadership experience in drug discovery, clinical development, and translational medicine. Since 2019, he has been at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where he co-invented several CNS-targeted RNAi therapeutics and led translational work supporting mivelsiran, the first siRNA to demonstrate gene silencing in the human brain. Previously, he was on the faculty at Baylor College of Medicine as a clinical medical geneticist, and he now also leads Translational Medicine Solutions, an advisory firm at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and venture capital.
