Brian is a hands-on strategic leader, seasoned CEO and private investor. He has extensive executive leadership experience in early and late-stage technology companies as well as large multi-national consumer food and agri-businesses. Brian has provided investment advisory services, board representation and interim executive leadership on behalf of a number of Canadian and US private equity groups and family offices. He has led and closed over $175M in M&A transactions as well as more than $125M in company capitalizations and recaps. Brian is the Founder of Janada Inc. Janada provides strategic, operational and M&A advisory services to private investors, boards and senior executives of businesses that are usually at critical inflection points in their company’s journey.
