His experience spans vision care, wound care, consumer health, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, and consumer and connected fitness. He has marketed products directly to consumers and through healthcare professionals.Over the past several years, Carlos has focused on smaller, private equity-backed companies, leading either the business or its marketing function. He has held full P&L responsibility for businesses with up to $500 million in revenue and led organizations with 100+ personnel.
