Since September 2022, Caroline has led the firm’s fundraising and investor relations efforts while overseeing its operations. Before joining 7GC, Caroline spent six years in the hedge fund industry, focusing on business development and investor relations. She was the Director of Business Development, responsible for EMEA & Asia at Infusive Asset Management, a boutique investment firm specializing in a long-only equity strategy with a risk overlay. Prior to Infusive, Caroline worked at Quadra Capital, an equity long/short manager, where she was part of the business development and investor relations team. Before transitioning into finance, Caroline spent 12 years in the fashion industry.
