About
Catherine is Mouro’s General Counsel, bringing years’ of experience advising venture-backed and emerging companies and VC and PE funds. She works across the Mouro platform, supporting the team, portfolio and business with legal matters, governance, processes and initiatives. Catherine is passionate about the venture ecosystem, supporting companies as they build and has worked with peers and UK Private Capital (fka BVCA) on updating the industry model investment documents. Prior to joining Mouro, she was Deputy General Counsel at Eight Roads and also spent 14 years at large UK and US law firms advising clients across the range of corporate matters relating to VC, PE, equity capital markets and corporate restructurings. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys a range of sports, practicing her French and raising awareness of neurodiversity.
