About
Charles focuses on the corporate advisory needs of technology, media and telecommunications businesses including IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, partnerships/alliances, and business strategy. Charles has over 10 years’ experience in providing corporate advisory services to technology and services firms working on many of KTM’s transactions and prior to this, as a principal of advisory firms Carlisle Partners and Mainsheet Corporate. In addition, Charles spent 20 years in senior operational roles in international technology firms Hitachi, SAP Software, Hewlett-Packard, Unisys and ASX listed UCMS. For 5 years he was also the COO of Australia’s largest technology incubator, ATP Innovations.
