Charles Sylvestre brings over 25 years of experience spanning venture capital, private equity, and institutional investment, with a deep focus on technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sectors. Charles began his financial career at Telesystem Argo before taking on roles as legal counsel and investor at Novacap. He then served as Senior Director and Vice President of Investments at Fonds de solidarité FTQ—one of Canada's largest pension funds—where he led transactions across IT, telecom, and cleantech. Over the course of his career, Charles has developed deep expertise in deal structuring, execution, and due diligence, having led numerous direct and indirect transactions.
