He is responsible for regulatory compliance, ensuring company policies are up to date and implemented, and the oversight of an infrastructure to educate and train employees on new compliance requirements. He is also responsible for third-party vendor relations and diligence, IT and cybersecurity, risk management, and oversees the day-to-day back-office operations of the fund.
