Over the past 15 years, I’ve made investments at the earliest stages in breakout companies, including Figma, Flexport, Highspot, Lattice, Kepler, Kong, Pagerduty, and more. Prior to launching Ritual, I ran multiple market-leading funds as the founder of Fuel Capital and a principal at Ignition Partners. I believe in the potential of founders—long before most people do and then leverage my expertise to help propel their companies forward. I pull from an accomplished career in advertising and marketing for brands such as Lexus and New Balance, and help founders with early brand, positioning, and go-to-market. I’ve been recognized as one of the top 25 seed investors in the world by Forbes’ Midas Seed List. Previously, I was included on Forbes’ Midas Brink List. I graduated from Occidental College with a degree in Psychology. And I received an MBA from the University of Washington, where I was a McGowan Scholar.
