Chris has worked closely with owners, boards, and management teams all over the world, coaching them through strategy development and milestone decisions. His 25-year career in international mergers & acquisitions including time as technology CFO and advisory board roles with start-ups make him an expert at raising capital and securing attractive exits for investors. Chris is happiest in front of the flip chart delving into business models and watching his management teams nail an investor presentation.
