About
Prior to joining Intudo, Dhanika started her career in Unilever Europe where she worked on Brand Development for the Skincare Category, collaborating closely with global and local teams to build go-to-market strategies, and spearheaded key projects on portfolio rationalization and sustainability. She then returned to Indonesia and joined Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol, as an Innovation Brand Manager. There, Dhanika led cross-functional teams in the development & launch of new products, including agency partners to craft media and marketing plans, and with commercial partners to ensure outstanding execution.
