Dhruv Bavaria

About

Dhruv leads finance at Triatomic. He has spent more than two decades building and running finance functions for venture capital, private equity, and family office organizations. Prior to joining Triatomic, Dhruv was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Selby Lane Capital, a boutique investment firm investing across venture capital, private equity, and growth equity. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer at Soma Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in software and technology companies. Earlier in his career, Dhruv was the first finance hire at ICONIQ Capital's Merchant Bank, where he built and led the team overseeing fund finance and valuations for the firm's alternative asset funds. Dhruv graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.
