Didrik joins Sandwater from Boston Consulting Group, where he was a project leader specializing in M&A, Transactions, Corporate Finance and Strategy. He has also worked extensively on energy transition, climate and transportation topics. At Sandwater, he is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and management of active investments across our thematic verticals. Didrik has an educational background in business, and holds a MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris and NHH.
