About
Disha brings over 7 years of experience spanning venture capital investing, investment banking, and operating roles. Before joining Iron Pillar, Disha was with Quona Capital, a global fintech-focused venture capital firm, where she evaluated investments in India and supported portfolio companies such as Fisdom, Shivalik Small Finance Bank, NeoGrowth, Onsurity, Rupifi, and CreditMantri. Prior to Quona, she was part of the strategy team at Curefit, where she worked on multiple 0-to-1 initiatives and gained hands-on experience in building and scaling new categories. Disha also spent over 3.5 years with Avendus’ Investment Banking team in the Digital & Technology vertical, advising growth-stage startups including FirstCry, HealthKart, Nykaa, Yubi, and Vivriti Capital on fundraising. She began her career with the middle office of UBS Investment Bank, where she focused on healthcare transactions in the US and EMEA regions.
