About
Dmitry built the CVC arm for a NASDAQ-listed HR tech company from scratch, designing analytics and pipeline engines that turned noisy funnels into predictable selection and growth. He previously spent over five years in venture capital, including at AltaIR Capital, working hands-on with early-stage companies and data-driven investment processes across U.S. and European markets with founders, teams, and operators globally.
