Doron Ben-Meir

About

Doron is Monash University’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Enterprise and Engagement) and Senior Vice-President. Doron has held a range of senior executive roles focused on enterprise, innovation, venture capital and commercialisation, working across a range of sectors including higher education, government and private industry most notably he was the inaugural Vice-President, Enterprise, at the University of Melbourne and before that the founding CEO of Commercialisation Australia. He has personally founded six companies – each focused on the commercialisation of new technology – and has further led and facilitated the creation of several new ventures in partnership with global corporations and institutions. He was the founder and CEO of Prescient Venture Capital, and is currently the Managing Director of Superb Solutions Pty Ltd, which provides strategic consulting and advisory services to the venture capital, start-up and research sectors.
