Doug Ralphs is the Chief Financial Officer at RevRoad. Doug has senior-level financial experience at top global brands including Amazon’s online retail business and Microsoft’s consumer-facing products, including Xbox, Kindle, and Echo. He has held Chief Accounting Officer and CFO roles for publicly-traded companies and supported initial public offerings, and led large finance and accounting teams for the majority of his 35+-year career. Doug has expertise in FP&A, operationalizing budgets, strategic forecasting and planning, and modeling. With an MBA and years of executive leadership, he brings a balanced and thoughtful perspective that supports portfolio companies’ comprehensive growth needs.
