the Founding Partner of Group 11, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm dedicated to supporting disruptive Israeli-related software companies from their inception through their global expansion. Over the course of his career, Frances has strategically invested over $600 million in software companies that have gone on to become some of Silicon Valley’s most innovative and disruptive financial technology software platforms, including Tipalti, Navan (fka TripActions), Next Insurance, Sunbit, HomeLight, and Masterschool, to name a few. Frances is also a co-founder of The Institute – Israel’s AI Advancement Center which represents a national collaborative endeavor to bolster Israel’s competitive technological edge through extensive research and development of artificial intelligence.
