Investment banking professional with over 16 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and executing M&A and financing transactions with a cumulative value of over $100bn. Started his career at Lehman Brothers / Nomura in the TMT team. Joined Goldman Sachs in the London M&A team and subsequently in the New York M&A team and advised on over 30 transactions across multiple sectors involving M&A, equity and debt financing, including IPO of a SPAC. Emanuele speaks Italian (mother tongue), English and French. Holds a degree and MSc in Economics and Finance (with honours) from Bocconi University and HEC Paris.
