Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2009, working in real estate advertising sales. Joined Sony Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in 2011, working as a financial planner providing household budget consulting to households of all kinds in regional areas. Feeling concerned about the worsening regional economy and the high cost of education in household budgets, he founded Aoi Inc. (株式会社葵) in March 2012 and launched Aoi Zemi, an online cram school that anyone can attend for free. In autumn 2014, he consulted Mr. Harada of Zawatt Inc., a fellow entrepreneur, and Mr. Kotaro Chiba, an angel investor in both companies, and conceived Chiba Dojo, a community where entrepreneurs can consult each other about anything. He has participated in every Chiba Dojo since the first one. In November 2017, the company was acquired by the Z-kai Group (M&A). He continued as Representative Director of Aoi Inc., developing multiple joint businesses with group companies, and left at the end of March 2019. In August 2019, he took part from the establishment of the Chiba Dojo Fund and became Director and Partner of Chiba Dojo Inc. In 2023, he became Representative Director and Co-Partner of the company.
