About

Joined JA Okinawa (Okinawa Agricultural Cooperative) in 2010. After working at a branch counter, was transferred to the management department of the district's core branch, where she handled back-office work including HR and labor, accounting and general affairs. While in charge of profit and loss management for the whole branch, she became interested in accounting work and, wanting to work more closely with management, left in 2017 and joined Japan Integration Co., Ltd. Because the company was a startup, she experienced real company management up close, and came to strongly feel the importance of the back office: how to think about and apply finance and accounting, and how to provide support directly linked to management. Joined Inspire in 2024. Graduated from the Department of International Liberal Arts, Minami Kyushu College.
