Mr. Li Haixiang is the founder and Managing Partner of Hongli Ventures. He is one of the founders of Tencent, China's largest internet company, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President. He joined Tencent in 1999, responsible for planning, building and managing the operations platform, including technical architecture, information security, payment and settlement, business intelligence, sales channel connectivity, basic IT, application maintenance and customer service. From 2010 to 2012, he was in charge of Tencent's online search business. After leaving Tencent in 2012, he began investing in startups in the medical technology and TMT fields in China and the US. In 2010, Mr. Li Haixiang was named "Outstanding CIO of China" by IT Manager World magazine.
