喻铭铎

About

Yu Mingduo (喻铭铎) graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the United States and previously served as a finance manager at TSMC, responsible for corporate M&A. He then served as Chief Financial Officer and spokesperson at MediaTek, and also concurrently headed the human resources department and served as General Manager for China. He then moved to Xiaomi Technology as Chief Financial Officer. He has served as Vice Chairman of Egis Technology and as an advisor and director of several startups. He took part in the key growth periods of MediaTek and Xiaomi Technology, and is skilled in corporate governance, financial strategy planning and management, and improving financial structure to strengthen the health of companies, with rich experience in the financial and technology industries. He is currently an independent director of eMemory Technology and Tong Hsing Technology (Ancient Jie Technology, 东捷科技), and a director of the Wharton Asia Alumni Association.
