About

Mr. Xie Jingen has more than 30 years of experience in finance, taxation and financial departments and enterprise management. He obtained the title of accountant in the 1980s, and served as chief editor of published works including Financial Management (《财务管理》) and Research on Accounting, Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management of Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures (《中外合资企业会计税收外汇管理与研究》). Mr. Xie Jingen has directly participated in and led the establishment and management of more than three market-oriented private equity funds, and the investment, management and exit of nearly 20 projects; he has cooperation resources and experience with local government guidance funds, securities firms, PE institutions, accounting firms, law firms and others.
