About

After founding MISUMI, a specialized trading company for FA components and die components, he successively launched unique management philosophies and new businesses such as "market-out," "purchasing agent," "asset-light management," "open policy" and "platform company," and grew MISUMI into a company with annual sales of 55 billion yen listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. To extend "market-out" to the B to C market, he founded M-Out in 2002. Through an innovative business model called the "startup factory," which creates new businesses (startups) systematically, he has brought numerous businesses based on the market-out concept into the world.
