Over 28 years of experience in health industry investment and private equity fund management. Co-founded Sanzheng Health (三正健康) in July 2016. Worked at Hony Capital (弘毅投资) from January 2005 to June 2015, serving as Managing Director and a member of the Management Committee from 2007. Previously served as Executive Director of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (1093.HK) and Non-executive Director of Consun Pharmaceutical Group Limited (康臣药业集团有限公司, 1681.HK). Major investments include: CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (1093.HK), Simcere Pharmaceutical (2096.HK), Consun Pharmaceutical (1681.HK), Yixintang (002727.SZ), Dianhong Pharmaceutical (滇虹药业, acquired by Bayer of Germany) and others. Distinguished Research Fellow at the International Research Center for Medicine Management, Peking University; Bachelor's degree and PhD in Engineering from Tsinghua University; spent three years as a visiting researcher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
