Spent a total of 14 years at the headquarters of Taiyo Kobe Mitsui Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in the SME promotion management section and the "Maruho system" (credit guarantee) planning section. As a branch officer (4 branches) and head of SME corporate sales branches (3 branches), was engaged in business promotion and planning, including branch guidance for SME business, planning of credit supplementation schemes, and structuring of downstream finance for large corporations. In 2020, was seconded to Tohoku University Venture Partners. The following year transferred there permanently and was in charge of deep tech investments in the Investment Department. Since 2024, as Group Leader of Corporate Planning in the Administration Department, has been promoting external activities to deepen business collaboration between THVP and industry, academia, government and finance stakeholders.
