He has completed multiple M&A and private equity financing transactions with a total value of more than USD 15 billion, including Alibaba's acquisition of Ele.me, the merger of UCommune and Hongtai Space, ofo's financing and restructuring, the spin-off, financing and sale of Baidu Waimai, the spin-off and financing of Xiaodu Technology, the spin-off and financing of Evernote China (Yinxiang Biji), the spin-off and financing of Guazi Used Cars, multiple financing rounds and the sale of Cheyipai, the financing and sale of Anwo Media, the VIE unwinding and financing of Ximalaya, and project financings for 21Vianet, Blue Arrow Aerospace, Hujiang, e-Huandian and Huituo. He has more than 12 years of experience in the financial industry.
