Founded Huarui Investment (华睿投资) in 2002, and currently also serves as Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang Equity Investment Association and the Zhejiang Venture Capital Association, consulting expert of Zhejiang Province's industry funds, provincial high-level talent review expert, review expert of the Hangzhou Runmiao Fund, and member of the Venture Capital Committee of the Asset Management Association of China, among other roles. Zong Peimin (宗佩民) is one of the earliest professionals in Zhejiang Province engaged in venture capital; in 2000 he took part in founding Tiantang Silicon Valley Venture Capital Company (天堂硅谷创业投资公司), and in 2002 founded Huarui Investment. For many consecutive years he has received titles such as Forbes "China's Top 50 Best Venture Investors", Zero2IPO, CVSource and Rongzhong (融中) "China Venture Investors TOP50", Zhejiang Merchants "Most Influential Zhejiang Entrepreneur", Golden Eagle "Outstanding Venture Capitalist", Jiemian "China's Top Venture Investors", Wanwu Shengzhang Conference Person of the Year, "China Venture Capital Person of the Year" and "Evergreen Venture Investor of the Yangtze River Delta Region". Zong Peimin advocates an "investment + service" model, creating value for portfolio companies through value-added services; he has provided management consulting and financial advisory services to more than 200 Zhejiang companies, led or participated in more than twenty M&A and restructurings of listed companies, and led more than 200 investment projects.
