Dr. Yang Zhichun (杨志春) is currently President and Managing Partner of Shanghai Hongfu Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (上海鸿富私募基金管理有限公司), and holds a Doctor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. Before joining Hongfu Asset Management, he was Head of the Investment Research Group at Orient Citi Securities Co., Ltd. (东方花旗证券), and a member of the company's project approval and internal review committees. Dr. Yang has 15 years of experience in securities and investment; over the past 8 years he led his team in raising equity investment funds totaling RMB 3 billion, with cumulative investments exceeding RMB 2.5 billion. Representative projects include Guolian Co. (国联股份), Medicilon (美迪西), Unisound (云知声), Songsheng Co. (崧盛股份), Chunqiu Electronics (春秋电子), Shenkeda (深科达), Zongheng Communication (纵横通信), Kaichun Co. (凯淳股份), Ruichen Environmental Protection (瑞晨环保), Haineng Technology (海能技术), Xishan Technology (西山科技), Junqi Power (军陶电源), Aubo Intelligence (遨博智能), Origin Quantum (本源量子), Tianbing Technology (天兵科技) and others, of which more than 10 have gone public. Dr. Yang previously worked as a lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons, as Manager of the Audit and Supervision Department at China Universal Asset Management (汇添富基金), and as Senior Business Director of the Quality Control Department at Orient Citi Securities.
