Before joining Zhiyi Capital, worked at Kaixuan Venture Capital as Senior Operations Manager and Financial Controller. In addition to being responsible for financial reporting to the fund's LPs, Sun Guoqing was responsible for the pre-investment financial due diligence and post-investment management of all of Kaixuan Venture Capital's investment projects, providing ongoing help to the projects Kaixuan invested in, including IPO preparation, tax planning, financial reporting and the establishment of internal control systems. Before joining Kaixuan Venture Capital, Sun Guoqing worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 8 years, mainly responsible for the audits of Chinese startups listing in the US, with clients including Sohu.com ("SOHU"), Global Education ("GEDU"), Yahoo China, NetEase ("NTES") and other companies preparing for listing. Sun Guoqing has extensive experience in IPO preparation, tax planning, corporate mergers and restructuring, and internal control and compliance.
